  • 300g dairy free dark chocolate, chips
  • 80g raw cacao

  1. Add the first 3 ingredients to the thermomix bowl and melt 10 min/37 C/speed 1
  2. Scrape down any chocolate from the top of the bowl and ensure it is all melted. Repeat for a few more minutes if needed though you shouldn't.
  3. Add coconut cream mix 20 sec/speed 3-4, scrape down
  4. Add 1 drop of each Young Living Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Ginger Oils 10 sec/speed 3-4
  5. Pour into a clean bowl, cover and pop into the refrigerator for about 1 hour to firm up. It doesn't matter if you have left in fridge till you have time to shape.
  6. Leave chocolate mixture out on the bench till you can spoon it out it mould it into a mouth size truffle.
  7. Shape and roll in raw cacao or desiccated coconut
  8. Store in a container or jar. They are fine at room temperature below 26 C for a couple of days otherwise keep them in the fridge. They are nicer to eat at room temperature
